Montana State rolled in week one to a big win 63-20 win over Utah Tech while the University of Montana knocked off Butler 35-20 after jumping out to a 21-6 lead early. Next up for the Bobcats is a marquee matchup with the number one team in the country South Dakota State while the Griz will face-off with Utah Tech and try to make a statement after the Bobcats obliterated them in week one.

Glacier Bank Park is currently in the semifinals of a contest held by Ballpark Digest to find the “best” MLB Partner League stadium in the country, originally there were 32 teams and now the home of the Range Riders is currently in the final four from teams across the United States. The Montana State Bobcats landed the top spot in the Big Sky preseason football coaches and media polls while the University of Montana Grizzlies landed at 3rd and 6th in the respective polls.
